The Art Foundations 4 students created functional works of art based on the good ol’ teapot with a twist. The twist is to find a compound word that would excite them resulting in their own unique teapot (lid, spout, handle).

Here is a taste of what the Art Foundations 2 students created.
Art students were to design a house or building showing their understanding of front, side, back and aerial profiles. Then they were to determine desired dimensions, followed by creating a 3-Dimensional paper model. This model would provide them with a visual on how it would look as a form. Once approved, then they would disassemble the model and use it as template, which were traced onto slabs of clay.
